Kevin W. is such a pleasure to work with! He helped me find just the right flooring for the bedroom, living room and 2 bathrooms. The flooring is high quality and just beautiful!
I worked with Kevin W*****, In Home Shopping Division Manager, for carpeting on our 2nd floor which included 4 bedrooms/closets, the hallway and stairs. He was very prompt and responsive during the entire process and worked with me to find the ***** products that would fit our budget and needs. The installers came on the scheduled day and worked tirelessly to get the entire job done in 1 day. The carpet looks great- seams are nearly undetectable! I recently had floors installed and there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. I worked with Shannon O***** in customer service to schedule a representative to come out and address the challenges. Ron Dawson was sent and not only did he address all of the issues satisfactorily, he was kind and willing to listen to all of my concerns and questions.
Gayle at Rite Rug did a great job helping my daughter select a floor for her Condo as well as working with me on scheduling. The team also did a great job laying and leveling my floor.
Scott T***** from RiteRug Flooring gave me an excellent price, plus great product and service. I had carpet, ceramic tile and kitchen backsplash installed and the end result exceeded my expectations. I want to commend the Customer Service Dept. at Rite Rug, especially Tiera S*****. I experienced issues/problems with the installation of my new flooring and Tiera was extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues/problems and made everything right. She was a pleasure to work with as was the Sales people at Rite Rug ****** (Travis and Rick). Their Installation sub-contractors need improvement.
Our floor was laid incorrectly but Bette Roberts referred us to Customer Services rep Tiera S***** to resolve the issue. She was polite, helpful and we reached a mutually satisfactory solution. Great customer service!
I am happy with the service provided by salesperson Mike S****. He made positive suggestions about the carpeting choices, and encouraged me to take samples home on various occasions until I felt satisfied with the selection,. The installers did a good job. I would suggest that the install department notify customers the morning of the install with an estimated time of arrival.
