Kevin came out to the property with samples and to survey the space. He was super helpful and communicative. He even made a special second trip out so that my wife could see the samples in person. Once we placed our order it was about 3 weeks until the install. Diego completed the install flawlessly and in just a couple of hours. Love our new LVP flooring!
Harry was great to work with, he is very knowledgeable about the products, came to the house with lots of samples so we could pick the perfect rugs and luxury vinyl flooring. We absolutely love the end result. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. The timeline was perfect for what we needed and the flooring is beautiful.
We are in love with the product we selected, however disappointed in the quality of customer service provided for the amount of money we spent. The sales associate, Kevin, gave us a date in which the product was due in the store. We had to reach out to him to after the product arrival date to find out the status of the order. The product was installed on March 25 and he never checked in with us on how the 8 hour installation was coming along. The installers were amazing! Great experience across the board….. Marcel and his team did outstanding work and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Dave Belanger for taking great care of us and moving everything forward quickly.
Jeff Flowers helped to make the decision making and the installation of the LVP and the carpet a breeze. We had a tough time making a color choice and design, Jeff was very patient while we made a change to the original order. The installation crews showed up on time and the flooring was done in a day ! I would highly recommend giving them a call for your flooring and carpeting needs!
