The installation went great. Chuck Thomas is a fair and personable salesman who helped me find an affordable, quality carpet that met my needs. I would have liked more updates and timely correspondence.
Terrible customer care. Don't waste your time or money. The sales guys are fine but installers will destroy your trim and leave your house dirty. Customer care doesn't communicate with you at all. It's been over a month then finally someone came out from customer care to take pictures of the damage another week has gone by with no communication. I'm considering filing suit against them for the damages. I will never use them again.
Robert was excellent from the minute we walked in. Showed us exactly what we wanted and in our price range. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Install crew was awesome as well. They did a superb job and was done in less than 3 hours. I will definitely recommend these folks to family and friends!
Sales staff very friendly and helpful. Our installation went smoothly and our new carpet is beautiful. From sales steps to scheduled installation the process only took 1 week. Very satisfied.
