Jayme was amazing and truly cared about what we wanted and was clear with colors, types of carpet and pricing. We had to keep pushing back our installation (it's a new build so we needed to have other things done first,) and they were patient with us with all of the reschedules. The carpet is in now and they did a wonderful job!

The sales person Ray was great! He brought carpet samples to my home and helped me make an informed decision. The installers did an excellent job and left my basement looking beautiful! I would definitely recommend RiteRug!!
From the beginning, the sale associate Jayme was incredible. She recommended the perfect selection of carpet for our home and we love it. Everything was wonderful except the installation. As it turned out, 2 different thicknesses of padding were installed which caused changes as you walked across the floor. A week later, the padding was replaced. I had a wonderful experience with RiteRug. Jayme, the sales professional, was very knowledgeable and personable. She was also accommodating to our schedule for the in-home appointment. Her down-to-earth aproach helped me make an informed decision. I was scheduled for installation within one week because the product I selected was in stock.
