Our experience with RiterRug was very ,very good. We had planned on getting several quotes from different companies , but once we met with Kevin W***** he was able to deliver what our carpet needs were& the price was very reasonable too. On the day our carpet was being installed all of the staff was professional and got the job done in excellence. I had a positive experience with Rite Rug. Their carpet prices while not the lowest I found were more than made up for with their customer service. They came out to my house with a decent amount of samples to choose from. Again, it wasn't the largest selection that I found compared to other places, but there was enough that I could make a quality decision. We worked with J** @ Rite Rug and he did an awesome job. He came out to our house, showed us some samples of carpet and was able to install on our schedule. The price was better than anything your going to find at the box stores and the service was top notch. Even my husband, who's an engineer and hard to impress was over the moon after the install. We will be using them for our projects and flooring in the future.

I had a great experience with Rite Rug. I requested an online inspection appointment and Kevin W***** came out to our new home the same day. Kevin measured the rooms and quickly provided a quote. He even price matched the quote that I received a day earlier. Kevin worked hard to get our carpet installed within a day of the inspection, which we appreciated. Great experience.

We recently had carpet installed and absolutely loved it. Our salesman, Kevin W***** was extremely helpful and came to our house on two separate occasions to help us choose what was best for our needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering new carpet and/or flooring. Also, on the day of the job, the installers were fast, efficient and courteous. I didn’t have a very good experience with salesman or the installation of my carpet. However customer service was great! Aysa B******* took very good care of my complaint. She was professional, polite and was interested in my complaint. She was in constant contact until the complaint was resolved. Thank you Aysa. My carpet is beautiful. I would recommend Rite Rug. Just not Jon. The installation had some annoying moments. None related to the carpet. At the end of it all I am a happy customer.
