Rite-Rug did a whole house carpet replacement for my Mom and then a smaller project at our house. Both projects were very smooth and affordable with beautiful results. Josh has a huge selection across all prices ranges and many makers. He's easy to work with and helpful in figuring out what you need. The installation is included in the price so the quotes were straightforward. The installers were excellent, great attention to detail and in-and-out very quickly with no mess. We love these guys.
Excellent in all aspects of the process. Eric was patient with my many changes of flooring; reworking quotes; and moving installation dates several times due to other construction delays. Excellent communication: was available by text all hours and so helpful. Installation was top notch. Very well done. Pricing very reasonable. I went with Cortec Carthage Oak Herringbone. So very pleased. Beautiful natural brown tone. Doesn’t look yellow or gray. Will include pics but still under construction.
We had carpet replaced in our upstairs - Rite Rug did the tear up, removal/disposal of old carpet and new carpet installation. They were great to work with on the front end, Eric met me on site to show samples and provide an accurate quote. They were able to come on the day we needed and communicated with us that day and showed up on time. The carpet installation looks fantastic. Eric and his team did a fantastic job. He helped me choose from a variety of wood flooring for the kitchen dining room and living room of my house. Team came out and was fast efficient and did a great job of making my home look beautiful!
WE LOVE OUR NEW WOOD FLOORS FROM RITE RUG!!! We went into their store showroom and Warren Havens talked with me and my husband and we made an in home appointment for him to come and measure and bring samples of what he thought we might like after speaking with him.
