Rite Rug manager Jim B**** did an excellent job at the Home and Garden Show working with us to see what we could do to replace our carpet. He came out to the house, took measurements, gave us a very reasonable deal. Then the crew came to install and did a great job on the seams. There were a few places where the tacking wasn't what we expected, we carpeted a 'bridge' overlooking the living room where there was special 'tack and turn' that needed to be done. Kevin W***** was excellent to deal with. He worked around my schedule for our meeting and was very helpful in helping me pick out the right carpet for me.. He scheduled carpet installation when I wanted it. I would highly recommend Keven for your carpet needs

I am very pleased with my new vinyl plank floor from Rite Rug. From the time samples were brought to my home in late February until the finishing touches were completed on March 15th, everything was done in a professional manner. Everyone, from the salesman to the installers, showed up when they said they would. The installers know their craft. James S******** came to our house the day after we bought it and carpet was installed the next day. And hardwood vinyl floors the week after. He was an amazing and professional salesman and I will be recommending him and Rite Rug flooring to anyone that needs it.

We recently had Rite Rug replace our old carpeting and kitchen flooring; we used the Shop-at-Home feature, which was very easy and convenient. I liked being able to see the samples in our home to get the best coordination with existing elements. Two different crews were used for installation: one for the carpeting and one for flooring; they were both extremely hard-working, competent, and polite. Recently I had a small issue with my installation. I spoke with Samantha T**** in customer service. She was awesome, she worked with me and made sure that the issue was resolved. Because of her efforts I'm a satisfied customer and will use Rite Rug again in the future.
