I definitely hired the right company to install my new floor, which was Rite Rug. The installation went extremely well, however the shoe mold didn't match, and some pieces were cut too long as well as one flooring piece cut too short. I notified customer service and spoke with Chelsea H*******, which she took my complaint and scheduled separate visits to resolve all issues. Recently purchased replacement carpet for two rooms in our home from Rite Rug. The carpet installed in one room was stained, both on top and underneath. I didn't learn about this until the installation was completed on both rooms. The installer did not speak English and was unable to provide guidance, other than to show me my his cell phone pictures of the stained carpet. My husband and I were moving into Lexington from out of state and asked our realtor for a recommendation for a carpet company. She recommended RiteRug, and we are so happy she did. Gayle C****** was a real pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about their products. Doing business with salesperson Kevin was phenomenal. We randomly called in to get a quote from Rite Rug and connected with him. Kevin came out that very day and we ended up signing a contract within 24 hours. He demonstrated and explained in detail all we needed to know and what to anticipate. He was very professional, and he communicated effectively step by step in the process. He even offered to respond to email if we had any issues during installation while on vacation. I met with Davis B********* for In Home Shopping for my carpet selections for my home. He was extremely professional and took the time to show many many selections in the price range that I was interested in. Not once did he try to up-sell or add on products/services, which I really appreciate. I didn't feel rushed during this process. David also took the time to educate me on carpeting. We used the shop at home service. Kevin W***** was great; he came to our house twice with a lot of samples and was very patient while we made our choice. He followed up with us throughout the installation and after. I would definitely recommend Kevin for great customer service!

Had a great experience working with Rich in Strongsville, he was extremely patient and they gave the best advice, and price, of anyone around. Will definitely go back when we are ready for another house full of flooring!
