Rachel was prompt and helped us prepare the house for sale. I feel like we got a good deal for the money and didn’t try to up sell like most flooring companies. The installers were on time and very neat and tidy. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job with the installation!

I purchased some beautiful carpet from Rite rug. When it was installed unfortunately there was a heaving seam right down the middle of my great room. I contacted customer service and spoke with one of their reps, Jocelyn T*****, and she opened a case. She was able to resolve my issue in a few weeks by replacing the entire carpet. It looks wonderful now and I was very pleased with the carpet and the awesome customer service!

Covid supply chain issues affected the flooring I got (backordered), but Kevin and Rite Rug were on top of it, communicating with the manufacturer for updates on my behalf regularly and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Skip to installation - absolutely perfect job- I am so happy with the care and detail!

I had a new laminate floor installed over my existing kitchen tile. We decided not to rip out the existing tile based on the sales person recommendation. This was a huge mistake that caused several issues, as the floor was flexing in places. I brought this to the attention of Jocelyn T***** in customer server. She worked with me and the local installer to fix the issues. We had to have the entire floor ripped up, the old tile and cement removed, new subflooring installed and new laminate re-installed. Had our carpet pulled up (light gray carpet with 3 small dogs) wanted all vinyl looks like hardwood floors. Love it. They workers did a great job.

Was referred to Riterug by our realtor at **** **** ********* ***was excellent to work with through the process. He asked us critical questions on the type of carpet we wanted and when we arrived at the showroom he had several varieties at different price points. We were able to choose the style and color of carpet we had in mind before we started the process. Lastly because of a tight time table, his team was able to install the carpet in one day, the day before our movers arrived.

Great experience! Fair prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff and great installers. There was a small glitch regarding the installation. However, once we brought that to their attention, the error was fixed quickly and looks perfect! Jocelyn and Jamie were super! We would definitely use RiteRug again.
