A submitted and agreed upon bid is the bid with no added charges at final payment. .After paying an absorbent amount for product and install, the fact of what was actually done and the added charge was dishonest. They use smoke and mirrors along with convoluted conversation. Buyer beware of what they say and what is actually true. Facts matter. They push the money across the counter without admission of fault.
