Timely arrival on date agreed-upon, job completed in time agreed-upon, the installers cleaned up their mess, they cover the floors, and they cleaned up after the job. This was one of my best experiences with contractors!!! I have referred room flippers to several family members and friends as well as an entire HOA group. Thanks Room Flippers!!!!

We highly recommend Joel and RoomFlippers. From beginning to end the process was great. Joel is very communicative. He came to our Farragut house condo with samples and spent a lot of time over several days helping us select the perfect luxury vinyl flooring for three bedrooms in our unit. Just had new flooring installed in our Sea Colony townhouse by Joel at Roomflippers. 302-381-4897. Joel initally came to our house with his samples. He has a showroom close to Sea Colony which we also visited a few times to help nail down our decisions. Weekend visits were not an issue, as they are aware of the typical Sea Colony owner schedule. I was so pleased from the estimate to installation of my luxury vinyl floor!!! Joel was so professional, that I had my entire home done!!!! Chad was fantastic at the installation and great at communication. Joel followed up with the installers and myself on the progress everyday! Call Joel you will not be disappointed!!! Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with any contactor/ installers. I’ve had more than I can count in my home and this is the first time with no problems and I had complete confidence in Joel & Chad. We were lucky enough to find Joel in the floor industry when we built our house on the Eastern Shore in 2013! At the time we did a lot of carpeting and he did our whole house and now of course in 2020 we are making some changes and again he’s doing our house! He is reliable ,dependable, honest and trustworthy that’s why we continued to use him for the past 7 years. The quality of his workmanship is beyond compare!

Joel took care of our carpet years ago and also did our kitchen backsplash. He knows more about flooring than any other seller or installer. I would trust him with any of my future projects. His customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend.
