2/21/2019 Troy and Crew, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all, especially to YOU Troy at MY ALL TIME FAVORITE CARPET Company for all they/you do and have done to make Fernley a better place to call home. Without your generous support and leadership Troy Pefley- this community would NOT be as fortunate as it is now. We are so grateful and blessed to live in such a caring and compassionate community. Fortunate there is a deep understanding of and commitment to the work of neighbors helping neighbors- often time starting with you Troy and your company. ON A PERSONAL NOTE: Mamas items from 79 years of life are now fully moved out of her home of 23 years and I can now welcome the public to view and possibly live in my Mama’s home, hard to let go! Thank you for not only coming out immediately to see what carpeting needs my Mama’s home needed, but to be able to fit Moms house into your busy schedule the very next day, within my budget and being so open with regard to payment possibilities. Makes me wonder how anyone would go to any other carpet/flooring business? Customer service is and always has been the most important part of the equation. Thank YOU again! Royal Carpet did the floors in my bathroom. They did an amazing job using LVP. The floor still looks like new and the quality of installation was amazing! Very professional and excellent staff.

Highly recommend Royal Floors! We had 2 bathrooms that desperately needed new flooring. The laminate was peeling up where it meets the showers in both bathrooms and just looked horrible. We gave Royal Floors a call and they were able to stop by the house to give an estimate the next day. They offered very competitive pricing and were able to get it installed a couple days later. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to give an estimate and do the install. The crew arrived early Monday morning as scheduled, and seemed very knowledgeable and well trained. The flooring turned out awesome, and now I don't have to worry and stress about any further damage from the previous flooring coming up. I definitely recommend them to anyone with flooring needs and will definitely use them again if I need flooring completed again!!
