I was referred to S&G Carpet & More through the ****** flooring program. Things were fine during sales but as expected fell apart during install and customer support. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone at this company besides the sales staff. The Scheduling and **************** line is never answered and takes days to return a call. Once you get to a manager, they don't answer to return calls in a timely manner. I have never experienced this level of difficulty reaching a company that I am paying 10s of thousands o... read more
