We recently had all 3 bedrooms re-carpeted by S&G. The salesman came to our home and we chose the brand and color we wanted. He measured the rooms and determined a price - which included furniture moving. The price was more affordable than we expected. The installers arrived and went to work removing the furniture and installing the carpets. They put everything back and were finished in less than 3 1/2 hours. Germain and his helper were so accommodating putting in our new carpet. They were very careful about not bumping our chandelier. They also saved remnants for us! Very nice men.
It was the worst example I have ever had with this company. I will never go back or refer anyone again. The supervisors that came to my house were the rudest men you have ever sent out. One told me I" I didn't know what I was talking about " and the other told me my" house was filthy" I'm am really sorry I recommended my to you guys. They have already had to come out a second time. We had to replace our kitchen floor which was Pergo and there were also some subfloor issues to deal with. We got great service from everyone at S&G. From looking at samples and bringing them home to compare, to getting a detailed estimate on work, to the actual work, everything went smoothly and as described. The two workmen did a great job of moving our kitchen appliances and covering up the work area to limit dust. They also did great work on the install and trim and getting everything back and cleaned up.
We had loop carpet installed upstairs/stairs. From the time of ordering and installation, it was about two weeks. The process went smoothly, communication excellent throughout, installation almost seamless, installers respectful, courteous and professional. There was one slight issue regarding our stairs. The contract stated we wanted “Hollywood” on the stairs but the installer was doing “waterfall.” We brought it to their attention and they graciously fixed it without any hesitation.
