Founder, Sam Kinnaird started in the floor covering business back in 1968. In 1989, Sam, Jim Mudd and Merv Huber formed a new business and opened Sam Kinnaird’s Flooring. We currently have 2 retail locations. The Middletown store is located at 12314 Shelbyville Road in the Middletown Plaza. Our other location is at 1200 Gardiner Lane (on the corner of Poplar Level Road).

Kinnaird's is Great!
I shopped several carpet stores in the area and found the best at
Kinnairds. Some of the others stores didn't seem to care if they sold me carpet or not! I found the salesperson to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She came to my house the next day to measure and saved me quite a bit of money. The quality of the carpet and pad is excellent and my choices were plentiful. They really exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them highly!
