As much today as it was thirty years ago, excellent customer service and expertise. I had linoleum laid in a large kitchen/dining room area. Great work and long-lasting quality! Lately, I used their carpet cleaning service. These people take pride in their work, and I highly recommend them.
Awhile back we purchased our carpeting with pad and installation from Showcase Carpet (132 Sq Yds). We ordered the carpeting from Dreamworks and it was installed by their supposedly "premium" installer Juan, who has 20+ years experience. We expected that there would be some 'minor' damage to the baseboards but did not expect to have to fill gouges in them, completely repaint and to have the walls above the baseboards beat up.
