I can not say enough good things about Jose and this company. We had decided to re do our flooring in our condo and our friend recommended Jose. Boy was he right! Jose came to our condo with multiple samples which was a huge convenience for us. We couldn’t decide which one we liked the best and Jose gave us some good advice and we came to a final decision. Working with solo flooring was easy peasy. I submitted my appt request online, immediately received confirmation. Jose was right on time for it. He made great recommendations. Flooring delivery was easy and work crew showed up kn time for installation. 600 Sq ft was done in right around 5.5 hours. Definitely would recommend and will be using them again in the future for new carpet.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish with Jose and his team. The carpet is high quality and priced well. The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job with the carpet installation. I cannot recommend the team enough to anyone considering carpet and flooring. My wife and I hired Solo Flooring to put in new engineered hickory hardwoods in the front of our house as well as refinish our existing oak hardwood floors in the back. They did a fantastic job! Jose, who runs the company, was extremely responsive and was sensitive to the timing to get the work done. He was able to do it while we were on vacation in order to minimize the hassle of trying to live in the house as the floors were done. In 2016 we needed some help fixing the wood floors in our home and his team did a great job so it there was no question when I was buying a condo who I wanted to do my floors. Jose made suggestions on what the best option would be for us and made the whole process as smooth as possible and the job was done in our time frame.
