Terrible communication and service! We ordered carpet, and it was ordered for delivery in 10-12 days. I called a few days prior to 10 day mark to schedule an install day, which was accomplished. 1 day prior to install, I called to confirm...note a pattern here, I initiated every call, and was told that the carpet arrived and was ripped, and the must reorder.
