Everyone was great and Micheal was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles. He answer all of my questions and knew the software backward and forward

Pretty simple negotiation process, got a pretty solid deal. Everyone was friendly. Paperwork was smooth and finance gave me plenty of time to read through forms.
