My Mother was a resident and it truly became "Mom's House". The love and support she received as well as, we her family did, made all the difference. It helped all of us to adjust to such a life change. The difference is Love. I have continued to volunteer here because I could never repay them for all they did for her and us.

I have worked at St. Patrick’s Residence approximately a total of 19 years (7 years during high school and college and almost 12 years currently). I love the environment and the overall feeling I get from working with residents, their families and my co-workers. I can see myself working here for many years to come.

After retiring from 40+ years as a hospice nurse, I chose to volunteer at St. Patrick's Residence. The staff, under the direction of the Carmelite Sisters, provide excellent care... physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The residents become known personally and are called by name by each and every staff member. Daily Mass is offered for all who wish to participate. The motto of: THE DIFFERENCE IS LOVE is evident when you enter the door of this home. Come...see for yourself!

St Patricks provided exceptional care for my mother. The entire staff is compassionate, loving, kind, professional and patient. This truly does become a home for the residents and their families. The staff and sisters gave my mom a new purpose in the twilight years of her life until her passing. The sisters and staff have become like family to me as I continue to attend mass there and volunteer in many different ways.
