I took my time looking for the perfect carpet for my rooms and I found exactly what I wanted at Stinson Carpet. I appreciate Chris did not present any high pressure sale tactics. I was allowed to take samples home and that made the difference in my decision. I was happy that they measured with no upfront cost. They communicate consistently and didn’t make me feel like a “too small job”. Aside from the mix up on the installation date, overall it was a great experience and I love my carpet. Stinson Carpet One is the company I hired when I changed the carpet in my house located in Vista Lakes community in April-2018. Chris Giarolo is the salesperson there I worked with. We purchased ceramic tile for our kitchen, carpeting for our steps and upstairs hall and bedrooms, and hardwood flooring for our living room and dining room from Stinson Carpet One. Our sales person, Chris Giarolo, was very helpful and patient during the selection process. He also scheduled the measurement and installation dates. I recently shopped for floor tile. Visited half a dozen stores and settled on Stinson because of their selection and customer service. Emely made me feel welcome and valued, and Todd stepped right in one day when Emely wasn't there. They were spot-on in estimating everything I'd need for the job, too... much appreciated by me and my installer. They also were the only shop that allowed me to take samples home so I could see how different colors/textures worked in my space. I recommend them without reservation!

Having kids and pets the carpets in the home have no chance of looking good. We went to Carpet One Floor & Home just to an estimate, on what the total cost would be for one room or maybe another room if the quote was right. Working with Chris we felt no pressure and he was very patience with us. We are twice happy customers of Stinson Carpet One. When we purchased home had complete home laminate flooring installed. Very satisfied with timeliness of the work as well as the quality of the installation. Just recently we had Stinson replace the bottom flooring due to water leak.
