Wow!!! I don’t even know where to begin… My wife and I are closing on our new home today. We started this process about 45 days ago and started looking for a lender for our home purchase. We were selling and buying and in the current market that’s already a stressful process. We talked with several lenders and most of them had extremely poor customer service. They either did not return phone calls or gave us the runaround etc. I found Sun American and at first I was hesitant because 99% of their reviews are positive. I know that sounds odd but it is usually close to impossible for a company to have so many truthful honest reviews. I actually expressed this concern to Garrett. We decided to move forward with Sun American and HOLY WOW!!! This process has been absolutely flawless! These guys know what they are doing and are on their A game every day. We were actually pretty much done with our process about two weeks ago and Garrett let us know we we’re done and approved and could close whenever we decided. We had to wait on our sale to close so we were not able to close early but it was nice knowing that that option was there. This is our fourth home purchase in the last 12 years and I do not even know how to put into words how smooth and flawless this process was with Sun American. If you are looking for a lender, look no further these guys are the best there is! Thank you Garrett and Corinne!! You guys rock!!

The offer was written on 5/3/2021 and we funded on 5/28/202 and it was all done 850 miles a part. Joycelyn and her team were great to work with and the team approach allowed use to close in a little over 3 weeks. Thank you Jocelyn and all your team members.

The whole process of getting a new loan was very overwhelming. Allie and her team made sure we knew exactly what we were getting. She also was there for us whenever we had any questions. She really made the whole thing easy.

It's been over 30 years since we purchased a home, and we decided to get more than one! I had concerns and anxiety around the complexities and paperwork involved to get a mortgage. Jocelyn did an awesome job of explaining everything from loan types, interest rates, points, closing costs, insurance, etc., etc. and mapping out our options easing the anxiety and helping us to move through the process in record time.
