Most EXCELLENT tile & flooring showroom in Tyler. Ms. Benson is an exceptional designer and a complete delight to work with!
I can’t praise that company enough! Communication was very easy. My sales person answered all my questions throughout the process, they worked with my work schedule to do the installation, the two guys Daniel and Jose that installed the flooring were hard working, so very courteous, and they cleaned up everywhere there was a mess. I highly recommend Surfaces!
Went to pick out floors for our new build. Completely ignored. None of the staff could be bothered to even say hello. I'll take our business elsewhere.
I picked out my back splash there. Brandy was so helpful and knowledgeable. They have everything you need!
The wait time for some materials was adequate for our current situation but quality product was spot on Amanda was very helpful and informative great attitude will shop here again in the future for sure and would recommend to anyone who is doing remodeling or new construction
