David Meacham is the man! Very professional and prompt. came to my house, brought a load of samples to go thru. 3 days later my toes are in heaven! Install crew was great, carpet looks amazing! I would highly recomend this company to anybody! Fast service, great price and very nice carpet!
We purchased laminate flooring for 2 bedrooms from for the Floor in New Port Richey. Holly Endonino help us select product on Saturday and arranged for a measure and quote on Monday morning. Once we accepted the quote we were scheduled within 2 weeks. The installers did a fantastic job. Very thorough as they tore out old carpet and disposed of it. Professional install of quarter round was included. They left our home spotless. I highly recommend this company.
We purchased a remnant for a small living room re-carpet. Kathy Ott was our salesperson and was very helpful. The installers were on time and did a capable job. A few days after the installation, we noticed three distinct stained areas, which we believe were a result of the carpet sustaining water at some point in its history. My experience with The Carpet Store was incredible! I purchased 115 sq.yards of a special order plush carpet from them, and Kathy Ott was my salesperson. She was so great, she kept me informed all along the way how my order was being handled at the manufacturer and when it was to arrive. We worked directly with Brian and he helped us find the perfect floors for an unusual project. We had a room in a 100 year old building with unlevel floors and many years of painted over tile and coatings. He suggested a floating coretec product and not only did it work great but it looks awesome! Highly recommended, I wouldn’t order flooring from anyone else!
I had my entire office remodeled while I was on a vacation .Job was completed on time, just how we planned it so other contractors could stay on time with their project as well.
