We bought a new home in June. Thursday just 1 day prior to closing we did a walk thru and realized the woman had covered up major floor damage w area rugs in several rooms of the house. I was freaking out because we had to get everything moved into the house so that the PODs could be picked up that Monday..not something we could reschedule. We went to The Carpet Store and Jim took my stress away. We got flooring picked out and installers schedule for the next day! Carpet installers where awesome. Tile installers SUCKED! They left in the middle of the job because of rain without saying anything to anyone. Jim called them and they told Jim they wouldn’t be back til Monday. Knowing our deadline Jim handled the problem and got a them back on the job Saturday...everything worked out and we where able to get everything moved into our new home and PODs where picked up on time! I will never buy flooring from anyone but Jim!
