First time shopping at the Dump. I was impressed. Lots of inventory and no salespeople following me around making me uncomfortable. When I identified a bed and a gorgeous Sarapi carpet... the salesman helped me and the whole transaction was pleasurable. I will go back for guestroom bed and new matress.
Nice furniture selection and they deliver. Only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
I had the most wonderful furniture shopping experience of my life. The salesman, Oscar was great! He knew exactly when to give us space, and showed us everything that fit our shopping needs.He was very laid back, not too pushy, or desperate. They are helpful until you spend your money. They have new uneducated people working for them that give the customers wrong information. I ordered a set and I was told the delivery workers would be able to move things free of charge. When they arrived it was not the case. Customer service was extremely nasty and told me I can just send it back with a 15% restocking fee. The manager was sarcastic in trying to help and they could honestly care less. Went there on a Saturday searching for a nice desk. George was very helpful, and explained the entire process 100%, and left nothing out. We chose delivery for the next weekend, the 2 gentlemen showed up within the quoted time frame, were extremely nice, and most of all, very careful. No issues whatsoever and very happy with our purchase.
