The Floor Shoppe is truly a customer oriented company, from the time you walk in the door, the attention you reason from the staff and how they make sure you are totally happy with the product you selected. Once your flooring is received the communication between customer and the installers is outstanding. I was worried about how the flooring was going to be installed under the ledge stone fireplace I have in my home and they set my mind at ease...they did an outstanding job! I posted pictures and I have received many compliments. The Floor Shoppe is one cohesive operation...I rate them a 10!

The owners were neighbors of mine a few years back when the boys were much younger, I knew them as honest and hardworking and I would trust them with any purchase and installation.
