We had been looking for months for new flooring for a home remodel. We happened upon The Floor Store in Dublin, CA. They have a fantastic selection ranging from hardwood, luxury vinyl, luxury laminate and carpeting. We met with Associate Ken Bobek... fantastic ! He took all the time in the world to show us everything we wanted to see , explained all of the ins and outs of the many different brands and styles. I was shopping for a hardwood floor when I met David Chen at The Floor Store. After being confused at The Home Depot, David gave me the information that I needed to make an decision. I have to say, they are not the lowest in town but I think they have the best selection of quality hardwood that you would want in your home! Not junk. The installers were great. They got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. I love my floors and am currently working with David too make a few rugs.
I purchased over 2200sf of hardwood for my new home from my sales person, David. He was so charming and helpful. He made the process easy and effortless and provided us with a great price! The installer, Angel, was fantastic as well. We highly recommend The Floor Store and will be back for our next project.

I was looking for new carpet for upstairs so I checked out the Floor Store in Dublin. There was so much to choose from. Taryn was my sales person. She was really nice and knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect carpet for my family. They did a great job and It looks fantastic!
I was looking for new carpet for 7 bedrooms, so I did a search and found the Floor Store. I have 3 dogs so I needed something pet friendly and stain resistant. David was my superstar salesperson! He was extremely charming, gracious, and knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect carpet. It was installed within a few weeks and it looks fabulous!
