I went into The Floor Store Santa Rosa in a pinch. The flooring I had ordered from a different store was supposed to be delivered that day, only to find out that it was not to be delivered until some time in the middle of the following month. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!! Robert Hager was so easy to work with. He took his time and educated us on the best floors for our lifestyle. We did go with the more expensive floors, but It'll be worth it in the long run. Robert's education and knowledge is incredible. He was not pushy and let us make the right decision for our family. Henry asked clarifying questions and offered me the best option available. He even doubled checked the measurement of my board to ensure, I'd have enough supply. I am grateful for the attention, care, and quick service.

From the knowledgeable sales person, Damien, to the superb install department, headed by Hank, and expertly backed up by Leonardo and crew, I cannot say enough positive things.With an older house, nothing is easy to do here, but I got a fabulous looking Floor-Tek floor installed in the master bedroom.
