We had to get a completely new floor after water damage to our wood floor. After working with another floor company we felt that Kyle really listened to what we wanted in our new floor and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. Everyone at Floor Trader was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation was fast and done to perfection!! Love our new wood floors better than the old!
I bought paint for my entire house. I used the recommended color and it was perfect! I recommend them for their flooring, paint, and everything. They are very helpful.

Floor Trader replaced carpet in my living room with Luxurious Vinyl. Mark Reinhardt was the sales representative I dealt with. The same day I went in to see their products & choose samples, he came to my home to do the measurements. After perusing many various samples, I chose the Luxurious Vinyl. Floor Trader provided the flooring, backsplash and cork flooring (which I used on two accent walls) for my recently completed kitchen remodel. The customer service was excellent and the attention to detail by the two teams of installers was impressive. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the products purchased!
I told Kyle what cabinets I wanted and where they needed to go. He created a floor plan and emailed me a 360* panoramic view. Ordered cabinets, tile flooring and carpet flooring. Purchased paint. Every time there was a problem I faced with wanting things a certain way but not knowing what may be out there to fix it Kyle was able to give me a couple of solutions to choose from.

Great customer service. Always willing to do what it takes to get what you want at a fair price. Always willing to work with me on my sometimes unrealistic time frames. If you are looking to do a remodel or new build in the four corners this is the place to go.
In terms of helpful knowledge and customer service, you won't find a better home improvement team. Definitely my go-to guys for projects around the house.
