John, the owner, and Kay, who was our salesperson, are simply AMAZING. We had hardwood that we had purchased from The Floor Trader and subsequently installed through one of their subcontractors. We weren't completely satisfied with the install but once I reached out to The Floor Trader with my concerns, they arranged for us to talk directly to the owner.
