I had a shower torn out and retiled because of previous install that resulted in a leak. Susan came in and gave me ideas and choices of tiles and immediately started a very fast and professional job. Turned out beautiful and was complete in a few days. Highly recommend Susan and L & L.
I called on several flooring companies and L&L’s customer service was by far the best. In the time of COVID-19, we can all use a little friendliness and this along with their great service made a huge impression on me. The sales staff was knowledgeable and the products are top notch. Just had new living room carpet installed and couldn’t be happier. The entire process was a pleasure and as easy as could be. Brent was especially helpful with our carpet choices, final selection, and quotes. On installation day Bob and crew were very nice, easy to work with, and helped us solve a unexpected issue with our thresholds without any difficulties at all. Can’t say enough good things about the people at The L&L Flooring Co.! My wife and I had new flooring put in our entire home in February. After first meeting with our rep., Jeremy, we knew L&L would be who we hired to do the job. The people there were quite responsive from our first phone call until the completion of the job. The install crew worked their tales off and did a great job taking care of the small details along with everything else. It was a lot of work. Cannot recommend this company enough!
L&L was a wonderful experience from Amber to Greg to the installers. I can’t ever remember better customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I met w/Jeremy, salesman, to discuss hardwood flooring for my living rm, dining rm & hallway. He was informative & knowledgeable. We just had L&L do our entire house! This included refinishing the hardwood flooring in our living room and installing new hardwood, tile and luxury vinyl in the rest of the 3000+ square foot home.
