The best dentist and staff!! They make you feel so comfortable throughout the entire process and have the best technology I have ever seen In a dentist office. They are awesome!
Super Happy with Dr Goodman, Sam, and rest of staff. They booked me in on short notice and treated me wonderfully. Very down to Earth. Sam did a great job explaining everything befoe Dr Goodman came in in my initial appointment. All staff and Dr Goodman had excellent bedside manner. Do not like Dr Reames, who performed the first part of my root canal. He had a difficult time with the anesthesia and the drill slipped a few times. Had a root canal done on one of my lower teeth, and I got to say it was actually an enjoyable experience to say the least. Got to listen to my own music and put on shades, though the laughing gas did help haha. They were constantly checking on me to make sure I was doing fine and explaining to me what they are doing at every step of the way. There was little they could do better, and hey they were a lot more affordable then my past dentist in Plano, Tx.
I've been going to Dr. Goodman at The Lewisville Dentist for about 3 years now. I used to live in Lewisville, but even after I've moved, I continue to make the drive back here because of the excellent care they give. All the secretaries, assistants, and hygienists are very friendly and helpful. The only time I've had a negative experience here was with a rude hygienist, but she has since left. Very good dentist, I have received excellent care.
The Lewisville Dentist aka Dr. Natalie Goodman is wonderful. They say that a good team takes it's personality from the leader and it is certainly the case with this office. Everyone I interact with in this office is friendly, helpful and professional. I don't feel like a patient, I feel like a family member that is coming in for a visit and while I'm there we might as well get a cleaning done. Appointments are done on time (don't you hate getting to the Doctor on time and then spending another 30 minutes to be seen). The off... read more
Dr. Goodman and staff is amazing! I had a lot of dental fears before going to her and she has been nice enough to recognize those and make sure I'm comfortable. Her staff is really nice and they always remember me. They've never recommended outrageous treatments.
