We have been going here for years out of convenience. The level of service has continued to decline. However the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back" has finally occurred. This is a corporate structure that cannot maintain consistency in the staff including Dentist, Front Office, and everyone interacting with the patient for even a 6 month period. RecommendedThe Plano Dentist is always patient and gentle! I recommend the Plano Dentist to anyone who is timid about visiting a dentist.
These guys don't know what they are doing. They billed my insurance for both me and my husband, my husband had never ever been there for any visits. Then didn't fix my account for a year then sent an incorrect bill a year later. The cleaning was ok (I am in the dental industry) but I will never return here.
