Had a great experience purchasing, and having a new kitchen Floor installed. Laurie Pilcher was first class in helping us select the best product for our needs. Very knowledgeable about everything they had in stock, which was A LOT! She was patient when we were making our decisions, and helpful every step of the way. The installers were very professional, and did a great job. Will be going back when we start our bathroom!

We have had a great experience working with Zach at Tile and Carpet Town Carpet One. He is knowledgeable, returns calls promptly and makes great design recommendations. This store has an abundance of beautiful tile, carpets and other flooring. We just added a new master bedroom and bath. All the tile and flooring was purchased at the Dewitt store and it all looks amazing!

RecommendedTile & Carpet Town saved us from the mess Joy Carpet left us in. Joe Commisso of Joy Carpet was very intimidating. He damaged my wall, became argumentative and pushed my husband twice. He walked off the job leaving me with only half the living room carpeted. The seams in the hallway were horrible. I contacted Tile & Carpet Town. Carmen came out on Friday and gave us an estimate. On Saturday, Bob and Ron showed up. They fixed the horrible seam. They finished the living room and the stairs. I cannot even find the seam in the l... read more

Been doing business with Tile and Carpet for over 20 years. Never ever been treated so bad. First picked out a vinyl flooring for our laundry, 1/2 bath and small hallway. Order it on May 30th suppose to install on the 30th of June. Called the day before at 7pm stating the roll is short cant install it. Ok this would be after removing the washer and dryer. Said next week Friday OK so i put back washer and dryer. Never called so never called or showed up Friday at 930 am wanted to check the floor before installing. Said floor ... read more
