I had Tim Hogan's Carpet and Flooring remove all carpeting and install LVT flooring in my 1,500 sq ft condo. I am very satisfied with the new flooring and the fact that it comes with a lifetime warranty. I am pleased with the new look. I also had the tiles around the fireplace removed and a LVT stone appearance installed. Much nicer appearance and goes very well with the flooring. I should have written this a long time ago, but better late than never. I had Tim Hogan's Carpet & Floors resurface my floors after water damage in the fall of 2018. Initially, they were very helpful in filing for the insurance company, we moved out 2 weeks for the floor to be done, the colors matched perfectly, but there were significant problems with the coating. So they redid it 3 times, but it appears to be single coacting and all I can say is the floor looks worse today than ever before. The floor was 20 years old and h... read more

I spoke with Ms M****** today and offered to redo her flooring now almost 3 years later, and she said no that was not necessary as she was selling the home. We try to make all of of our customers happy and if she likes we will sand and finish her floors for the new owners when she sells her home. Bruce B****** owner
