I had Tim Hogan's Carpet and Flooring remove all carpeting and install LVT flooring in my 1,500 sq ft condo. I am very satisfied with the new flooring and the fact that it comes with a lifetime warranty. I am pleased with the new look. I also had the tiles around the fireplace removed and a LVT stone appearance installed. Much nicer appearance and goes very well with the flooring. I should have written this a long time ago, but better late than never. I had Tim Hogan's Carpet & Floors resurface my floors after water damage in the fall of 2018. Initially, they were very helpful in filing for the insurance company, we moved out 2 weeks for the floor to be done, the colors matched perfectly, but there were significant problems with the coating.
