We had all of our bedrooms and closets with 10 yr. old carpet replaced with tile planks. Trott helped us pick out the correct color, size and grout. Price was comparable to most other flooring stores in the area. Installer was here on time and did excellent work. He explained everything he was doing and why. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Trotts!
I just had Trots' install new flooring in two of my bedrooms , and I just love them. The installers were on time and wonderful to have work on the floors. I could not be happier with the results and will recommend them to anyone we sell a house too, through Mary Lynn Realty and do not like the flooring in the house not. I will rate them a five

Unethical and despicable company. We take full responsibility for allowing this poor workmanship to take place. We assumed we were hiring professionals. The work should have ceased when, 1. we saw that there was no tile saw, 2. there was no compliance with our stated preferences, 3. the reality that we needed to watch every move made by these supposed professions that you sent to us. We are so happy with the bubbles in our front room carpet that you seem to think we just got up yesterday morning and they appeared. They have been here for months and the house is only a year old. Now you don't want to re-stretch the carpet to remove the bubbles. If a carpet stretcher was used in the first place, this would not happen. Happened to my neighbor too.
