We were looking to have carpeting installed on our stairs and into the upstairs hallway. Terri was extremely helpful and we were able to make a decision almost immediately. We later found out that the carpet we picked was on backorder but they were able to UPGRADE our carpet at no additional cost. After getting 3 estimates for carpet (all close in price) we went with Tuckers because of the years in business and because they were very knowledgeable and very confident in what was needed. The office staff is very friendly and warm, it does feel like family. The installers were very professional, they knew what they were doing too and did a great job.
I wanted to support a local business. I highly recommend this family company. The personal attention I was given was outstanding. The carpet selections were great. I enjoyed every interaction, from the time of walking in the door of the store ,to walking on my new carpet.
My husband and I had just moved into our new home and needed to do a little upgrading to some of the bedrooms and our basement. We could not be happier with the service received from Tucker's Carpet. I found Tuckers on Angies List and I was not disappointed. When they called telling me the carpet I choose was on back order they gave me several options. I decided to wait for the back order which came in ahead of schedule. Extra yeah to the installers who did a wonderful, professional job. Would use them again.
Worked with Bruce, Terri, and Jen. Very good experience. They were very professional, and answered all of our questions. Installation staff did a great job too. Would use again!
Everyone at Tucker Carpet was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with our flooring and the installation went smoothly. We will ill definitely use them again for any future flooring needs.
Working with Bruce, Terri and Jen was fantastic throughout the entire process. Bruce was incredibly professional in presenting various solutions when he first came. He was amazingly patient as we kept changing our flooring plans. No hesitation on his part to come out to our house again to help revise what we were doing. Terri and Jen on the phone are as pleasant as can be. The finished product was great. I would not hesitate to recommend Tucker Carpet. In fact, I already have and the friends who used them were just as happy.
The whole staff at Tucker carpet were excellent, they were very informative and explained everything very clearly, the job was done fantastically and the installers were very cautious and precise with the installation
