I cannot say enough good things about this practice! I’ve had a lot of issues with dental anxiety in the past, which have been exacerbated by inconsiderate dentists. My experience from start to finish with Twin Dental was absolutely phenomenal. I contacted them via email to share my concerns and was met with empathy and compassion from the beginning, which made scheduling an appointment much less daunting. My husband had a dental emergency and I called Twin Dental at 7am and they got him in at 7:30am as a new patient, same day! Dr. Brock did an amazing job with assistant Danielle. This appointment was about helping my husband and not about insurance and finances. Dr.Brock.did all my husband's extractions and dentures too.. I am a hard sell and very cautious but I will recommend Twin Dental and the staff there to anyone in need of dental work. Thank you Twin Dental.
My appointments start on time, and everyone is friendly at Twin Dental. They make sure I know what will happen at each appointment and send plenty of reminders about appointments. I don’t ever worry about being in pain, and any dental emergencies I’ve had over the years have quickly been taken care of. The raffles are fun, and the office staff is kind. Dr. Dave is the best! I’m a happy patient of Twin Dental.
Wonderful and caring group of people! My 18- year old son who is on the spectrum needed some extensive and overdue work done, mainly due to the fact that it is very challenging to find caregivers for special needs patients beyond the pediatric age range. Twin Dental has actually made going to my dental cleanings… fun! I love my hygienist Shiloh. She listens to my concerns and is super patient with me. Dr.Brock comes in to check things out and he makes it just as easy!
