Great. I liked that I could get a prescription there at your location. The NP was very courteous and I did not have to wait long.
Fast service, professional staff especially the doctors. They listen and make recommendations, take care of the issues. A plus because the pharmacy is onsite in and out within an hour with medication and everything I needed. No need to go to Walgreens, drop off RX, then wait for 2 hours to get your meds. I just went home to rest
I’m very pleased with the service, no waiting time, staff and Dr Rodriguez explained answered all our questions. Everyone was very professional & pleasant.
Front desk check in was flawless. Fairly quick to get me to a room for vitals. Nurse was very friendly and asked me about my concerns. Doctor came in to assess my condition and provide helpful feedback. Received two injections and nurse was administered them kindly. Nurse provided diagnosis and discharge paperwork while answering all my questions. Great overall experience.
Very good. Starting with the receptionist at the front. Juan the nurse was very polite. And doctor Jose Rodriguez was very nice. Thank you.
Registration was easy. Waiting time was quick. Provider was thorough with my assessment and plan. Had a very pleasant experience. Will go again for all my minor medical needs.
Well, I had to return after 3 days to get a stronger antibiotic, but the ease and convenience can’t be beat. I always go to UVUCC for minor stuff cause I know I’ll be treated by professionals and I will be in and out.
Loved everybody! Great in my time of need!
