Poor customer service by women at front desk. Very rude and unfriendly.
Backstory: Before we purchased this house Vallow had installed carpet in the kitchen, glueing it directly to the primary floor boards. We removed the carpet and hired Vallow (both because they were the original installers and so familiar, but also they were the cheapest) to install underlayment and vinyl. The guys that came out to install flooring the first time did a terrible job with the seams and replacing the carpet on the stairs that they had to come back out to fix.
