Great experience! The showroom is beautiful and Michelle listened to my needs and found the perfect carpet for us. Kevin was very professional and great to work with. The installers did a wonderful job and were very precise lining up the patterned carpet on our curved staircase. They were on time and very clean.

The entire process was excellent from the time we walked into the store to the time the installers finished. Jennifer was extremely helpful in suggesting product lines and discussing colors, textures, etc. She really knows her stuff and what works in certain rooms. Kevin did the measuring and scheduled the installation of our flooring to meet our schedule. The installers Ray and Elliot did a great job with attention given to every little detail. We are glad we purchased local and not from a big box chain.

helpful service in their extensive, well laid out showroom. came out to actually see the project awesome installer we were very apprehensive about replacing kitchen floor, but end result is beautiful and totally worth the cost and inconvenience everyone was friendly, respectful and on time
Great local buisness, with great customer service. Prices are fair and reasonable. Would recommend to friends and family. Installers are friendly and do a quality job and clean up when they are done.
Vic's installed carpeting in our family room and living room on 10-1-2015. We are very pleased with the carpet and the installation done. I would use them again and would recommend them. They are easy to work with and do a very professional install.
Had them take out the old carpeting throughout the whole house, and had them install all new carpeting...They did a wonderful job. It looks great!!
Vic's was wonderful to work with! They were very helpful in selecting a beautiful carpet while allowing us to remain with in a budget & still receive a quality product! The installation was an absolute breeze & the installers knew exactly what they were doing & finished in less time than they originally projected! Plus, cleaned up on the way out! We could not be happier! If you are in the market for new flooring... We highly recommend them! We have used them twice already & will definitely be back!
