Wagner's was great! At the Henrietta store, Jamie helped us hone in on the quality of carpet we wanted and to select from the 15ft wide rolls that would work for the room we were carpeting without any seams. The installation was quick and efficient and they totally cleaned up afterward. They were able to work around some electronics so that I didn't have to disconnect and reconnect a bunch of tv wires and related stuff. We will absolutely go there for any future carpeting needs!
I used Wagner about three years ago to install a carpet in my basement. The price was reasonable and the installation was perfect. I unfortunately experienced water damage and had to replace the carpet once again. I did not hesitate to go straight to Wagner. I did not even consider other options. Tom from Wagner Carpet & Flooring installed new LVP flooring in our kitchen and did a great job, absolutely the best! He had to pull all the baseboard trim & cut the bottom of the trim around all the doors & reinstall the baseboard trim after he installed the floor & you would never know anything had been removed, looks great!! Had Wagner & company install luxury vinyl flooring at our home. They sent samples for review and made ordering & scheduling easy. We had Wagner's install carpeting in two bedrooms, a hallway and a staircase. They were professional, polite and friendly. They went right to work and didn't waste anytime getting the job done. We love it!! It looks and feels so nice. From the assistance we received in the showroom to the crew who came into our home, we are completely satisfied and would definitely recommend.
I selected Wagner to install a very detailed and complex pattern carpet on our staircase. The stairs had multiple landings so it was critical the pattern lined up right to the eye. They did a fantastic job and the staircase came out great. I was also fortunate enough to have one of the owners come out to do the job. You won’t get that at the big box stores. I HIGHLY recommend Wagner Carpet.
Had my house carpeted this week by Wagner's. Andy was incredible in the store to help me get what I wanted, then actually came out and helped install it.
