Our entire experience at Wagner Rug was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door looking for a new floor for my Dad’s kitchen. Joe helped Dad and I pick out new vinyl tiles and his grandson, Nico, came by within a couple days to measure. This was a two day job and Tim, the installer spent a considerable amount of time measuring and figuring layout to compensate for a not square room. We were very pleased with Wagner Rug. Nothing fancy for a show room. More of a warehouse style. They offer reasonable prices and quality service.
We recently purchased a wall to wall carpet at Wagner Rug. Joe Wagner gave us a good deal. He had to order the carpet and it was in when he said it would be. I have no complaints with Wagner Rug.
The showroom is warehouse- like, but they have good prices and a good selection. They came within days to install it, did it fast, and quick. We were satisfied all around.
We recently had hardwood and carpet installed by Wagner Rug, the installers were neat and professional. The sales person had full knowledge of the products and the prices were great! The show room/warehouse had everything I could of wanted to look at. Over all a great place to purchase flooring! A+A+A+A+
Local business is the way to go ! We had a National Company install our carpet just a short time back for $199 whole house installation. We did two rooms. What a nightmare! To say that the house was torn up while we had to wait for a reorder, would not even begin to tell the story. I had met Mr. Wagner to have the other rooms done. You can’t put a price tag on the difference of having a local company with a track record do the work. Excellent job!
We have dealt with Joe for many years. I had a rug that I had a problem with and he came out and fixed the problem at no charge. I have always been happy with the products and pricing.
