Pros 1. They have a nice showroom with a number of samples. 2. The designer has good ideas and answered numerous questions about flooring. 3. They addressed most, but not all, of the issues with the sale and install. Cons 1. The original quote was based on 866 square feet (sf), subject to them measuring for actual footage. They measured and ordered 628 sf. We were never told there was a large difference nor was the billing adjusted until we counted the wood delivered and called. We have left numerous messages for someone to call us about hardware floors they installed. They need to be re-glued because they are loose. We cannot get anyone to return our calls. Very UNSATISFIED with their customer service!!!!
I got an estimate on August 2,2016 and I am still waiting!!! I call and they tell me they will get right back to me and have sample of floor I want. I was told last week they would bring me a sample last Friday.... still waiting. I'm about to go somewhere else�
