After the flood, we needed new floors, both tile and hardwood. We also needed new granite countertops. This place treated me like family and never showed me they were annoyed with me even though they should have been seeing as I visited their store nearly 3 times week for over a month, asking questions and requesting prices. I had an excellent experience at Wholesale Flooring as I was rebuilding from the flood of 2016 here in Baton Rouge. And I cannot express enough how awesome Jasmine was! Her customer service was impeccable and by the time it was all said and done, she knew me by name every time I came in the store and took care of my every need, with a smile on her face. She really made a rough time in life much better!
There are no words! other than WOW! the selection under this roof is mad. You have so many materials and finished you feel like a kid in a candy store. It got to the point, I redesigned my client's bathroom for tiles I found in this store. What was going to be, a bathroom became a retreat spa and sauna. My client and his son ended up buying all their flooring here for many other projects at my suggestion. I'm a stickler for schedules and time tables.
