My husband and I are in the process of building a home with Arbor. We've been fortunate to work with Kendra, who is so down to earth and such a sweet person. We started the process with her even though she normally works at a different location. We loved her so much we wanted to continue working with her throughout. She went out of her way to get approval from her supervisors and stick with us! Honestly, our experience so far has been so smooth and painless thanks to Kendra. Needless to say we are so excited to have an Arbor home!

We came in to the process of having a home built more than half way complete when we meet Matt Barry. He was helpful in showing us the types of builds that they had to offer and worked well with our realtor Kim Kraft. Once we settled on which of the models that they were already in process of building we met Derrick Winkler who made sure that we had weekly updates and that every step of the way we knew what was going on with the house. Even when we wanted to come in and measure for curtains he was more than happy to make sure we had access to the house and helped with any questions that we had.

If this is what the process was like and we only got to experience the last half of the build then I would be happy to say that the next time we are thinking about getting another house then we will look into having one built by Arbor and Elite Homes.

My experience purchasing my home was great Matt Barry that I highly recommend was awesome and working with alex was great he always keep us informed giving us updates on our home my only negative part was I rather wait a little bit longer to have the house fully completed instead of being partially done so they had time to do a good cleaning on the outside of the house beside that everything was good

Jamal was a great help during our home search he was very professional , super knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I felt very welcome even with my young baby in the office making choices. Me and my husband feel very secure in our decision to buy a brand new home with him and I encourage anyone looking for a home to come to this establishment. Ask for Jamal !
