We had a great experience with Winston Craig and the Eurobahn team. He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle of choice. Winston answered any questions we had about features of the vehicle, warranty information and services. The Eurobahn team was extremely accommodating throughout the entire experience.

The people at Eurobahn are top notch. Customer service is phenomenal. The waiting lounge is nice, they provided me with a shuttle so I could go to my doctors appointment, and I have to mention again that the people were awesome. Having dealt with other shops that don’t really like working on European cars, even though they work on European cars…this place had no complaints. I am definitely going back. Thank you so much.

I have been here twice, since February, and they are definitely my "go to" place when it comes to my Benz. The customer service is awesome. The second time they squeezed me in and I didn't know how long the wait would be. I set up at one of their empty desks and got some work completed.

I can't say enough about the honesty and integrity of these guys. We have an '06 LR3 that we have been working on and took it down to have some 'gremlins' fixed that we could not figure out. Unfortunately my husband's dream car is a no go. But I do so appreciate the honesty in the repairability of the car and not charging me for it. They could have raked me over the coals and then said, "oh well." But they didn't.

I recently had my Mercedes serviced at Eurobahn and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Todd provided exceptional service and was extremely knowledgeable about my car's needs. He was able to answer all of my questions and also provided me with clear explanations of the work that needed to be done. Todd's attention to detail was impressive and he took the time to ensure that everything was done correctly. I feel much more confident driving my car now that it has been serviced by Todd. I brought my bmw 335i because it was having misfire issues and they were happy to help, they explained everything very thoroughly and showed me my old parts. They answered all my extra questions and even did some extra work that I wasn’t charged for I highly recommend bringing your car here for repairs, I will be coming back for future repairs.
