If I could rate them 💯 I would! We were in the midst of purchasing a property with only days left before our scheduled close date. I had been frantically shopping for homeowners insurance for about 2 weeks. Our only option was the fair plan. Every other agency told me it would be at least 5-10 days or as much as 30 days. I was beginning to worry that we would fall out of escrow because there are no insurance options that we could obtain within a matter of days.

My home was sold and I hade to leave by a certain day. I purchased a home to move into but there was a hold up with Farmers Insurance. As an executor of an estate in California, I tried for three weeks for an agency to insure the dwelling of my deceased friend, to no avail. Finally, I found Lizarraga. They were friendly and easy with which to work.

Chris is the best insurance agent ever! Jenna at his office is the hardest working office manager in the entire world! When my insurance policy decided to add on an additional driver based off of an inquiry I made they fought for me to get a credit back from the insurance company. They filed a claim on my behalf, and I was able to get my account credited for two additional months. I cannot tell you how valuable they are and how hard they work for all of their clients. Anybody who is on the fence about thinking of using them needs to just make the switch and do it ASAP. These guys rock!

Chris has been fantastic to work with. I had a very difficult to resolve issue with my mortgage company.
