I am very happy with the services I received with Restoration Solutions. I had two floods within a couple of months of each other and Mike handled both restoration jobs for me. Mike was always good about keeping in touch with me and was very accommodating in trying to get his team out quickly to put my house back together again. Both set of workers did an amazing job! It is impossible to tell where the old sheetrock ends and the new begins. Perfect work! They turned an awful experience into an amazing experience. I can’t say enough good things about them. I will definitely call Mike again if I ever need any new house repairs.

We recently realized we had a bad leak in our shower. John Tonsi and the emergency service associate, Dominic Lattanzio, took excellent care of us. They were on time, clearly explained what to expect and were extremely professional. Dominic and his team did excellent work and did a very thorough job cleaning up after they were done. If there is a better contractor out there I haven’t found them. From the very first contact with Casey, to the project management phase with Andy Clay, these folks did everything they said they were going to do and more. They are smart, polite, they communicate beautifully and they show up!! All of the work was top notch. Cody Bassett, Emergency Services Lead Technician, has performed outstanding work in responding to water damage on our hardwood floors and rugs. He arrived well prepared to rid the floors of the water. He installed four big dehumidifiers and eight fans to dry out the areas on the main floor and the basement. He came every day for over a week, always notifying us ahead of time of his expected arrival and took moisture measurements and adjusted equipment until all of the flooring was completely dry.
Mr. Bassett is a very competent professional technician, thorough in his work with particular attention to detail. His communication skills are impressive, and he possesses a keen sense of duty to meet the needs of his customer and evidences the nicest of personalities. We are pleased to highly commend him for his excellent work performance.
As a retired Navy captain, I would have been extremely happy to have had him as one of my shipmates, knowing that he could be counted on to complete the mission successfully.

I had 2 previous mitigation companies come before and they did absolutely nothing. After about 9 months of the water building up and causing my whole basement to have mold. Tony and Cody from All Restoration Solutions are life savers. They made sure everything was taking care of from top to bottom. They were very thorough and tedious about everything they did. They let me know what was going on at all times and explained every step throughout the process. If there is anyone I suggest for mold remediation it would be All restoration solutions. They are true assets to the company. Cody is by far the best technician you can have. He makes sure things are done the right way and that I was always taken care of.
